Got this engine from big John, put in new rings, did a valve job, replaced rod bearings, oil pump, valve springs, water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs, then resealed it.

The roll up handle on the tailgate broke on the back side, I put the piece it engages with onto this T handle. It has splines to engage with the regulator. I can use this until I get another handle, or change to electric.

The rust in the back had a big hole I could lose stuff through, I did a temporary fix because I have other priorities right now. I got this sheet at a place that buys and sells metal. I bolted it down through the rear seatbelt holes, so it won’t come sliding out of there on an uphill.
